KAKA Fashion Hub priorities your satisfaction and offers a simple return policy to ensure an stress-free shopping experience.

Return Period:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We kindly request that you raise your return request within this timeframe.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Due to hygiene concerns, Nose Pins (Naths) and Toe Rings are not eligible for return.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Video Evidence for Damaged Products: If you are returning a product due to damage, please capture a video of the package upon receipt. This video evidence will be crucial in processing your refund claim. Without a video, we may not be able to process your return.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Visit our Return Centre and complete the online return
  2. Enter your order number, contact details, and select the unused items you wish to
  3. Upload a clear picture of the products you intend to
  4. Choose "Request Return Shipping from KAKA" and submit the

Return Approval & Processing:

  • We typically respond to your return request within 24-48 business Hours
  • Once approved, you'll receive an email with instructions on packaging and returning the product.
  • The return pick-up will be scheduled for the original delivery address.
  • Our delivery partners will inspect the items at the time of pick-up.

Important Notes:

  • Please return the products in their original packaging.
  • We recommend using the original packaging to ensure safe returns

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 business hours after the returned items are received and inspected at our delivery agent.
  • For COD orders, you will receive a link via SMS to submit your bank details for the refund
  • Reflecting the refund in your account may take an additional 4-5 working days

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer online exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted items and place a fresh order for your desired pieces. We recommend placing the new order promptly, as our products sell quickly.

  • If the order has already shipped, simply reject and return the package.
